We are offering genuine Ceylon Cinnamon and NOT Cassia. Cinnamon we sell is soft and brittle and easily broken. The quills are formed by rolling in shavings from the bark. Genuine Cinnamon is smooth, aromatic with hints of citrus too. The unique flavour and aroma make Ceylon cinnamon special amongst the chefs and confectionaries industry.
We import all our produce directly and thus offer the customers the freshest possible teas and spices. As we directly import from the gardens the link in the supply chain is reduced giving the advantage in price and quality freshness to our valued customers.
